The new facilities of the Ponce Health Sciences University - San Juan Center are located on Suite 601 at the Professional Office Park V Tower III, San Roberto St., San Juan, PR 00926.
This project has 22,053 square feet of space. The interior space is made up of a reception area to receive all our visitors and our entire academic community, 8 classrooms equipped with high technology, lounge, Play therapy room for the MSSP Program, 4 huddle rooms,4 study groups, a study hall equipped with high technology and printers for the benefit of our students, a conference room, spaces for regular and adjunct faculty, a shared space for program coordinators, student services spaces, copy and a storage room, office space for the university ambassador administrative office area (couseling, office manager, admission, center director) and a future area designated for standardized patient exercises. In addition, a Wellness space and lactation room have been incorporated.
We have a space designated for the nursing program that features approximately 980 square feet of construction, simulated clinics, and specialized equipment, providing students with the experience of being in a real hospital setting. For the well-being of our students, we have an exclusive parking space attached to the facilities. The facilities feature a common area for the enjoyment of building tenants, which includes two cafeterias: one serving Creole cuisine and the other offering pizza, salad, and pasta. Additionally, a common dining room and bathrooms.
This new space is designed for the well-being of our academic community.
