Clarification of “IP” vs. “E” Annotations

  • IP (In Progress): Indicates that the course (such as Dissertation, Thesis, or Field Work) is ongoing and that new registration is required for the next academic term to continue.
  • E (Extended): Indicates the continuation of course activities (such as Internship or Field Work) without requiring a new registration.
