Use of Speakers, Demonstrations, Activities, and Distribution of Printed Materials

Outside speakers may only be invited to participate in School activities after obtaining approval from the appropriate Dean and ratification by the President.
Demonstrations must take place off School or hospital grounds and must not interfere with normal work or educational activities.
Any activity may be approved by the appropriate Dean. However, any student-led extracurricular activity must have written approval from the Vice President of Student Affairs or their designee.
Approval of posting or distribution of printed materials must be obtained from the Office of Student Affairs. Unauthorized announcements will be removed and discarded from designated posting areas. For social networking sites, a removal request will be sent to the student group responsible for the content.
