Required Courses

 

The required foundation and core courses, together with all required practica available, are presented below. The program curriculum is designed to be completed in three years by regular students.  Our curriculum includes all competencies for the training of school psychologists proposed by the National Council of Schools and Programs in Professional Psychology and is updated periodically according to the Model for Comprehensive and Integrated School Psychological Services (the NASP Practice Model).

Required Courses for Neuropsychology Area of Interest

 

The following area of interest is designed to give students broad exposure to a specific area of interest beyond the required program’s courses.  These courses focus on neuropsychology and offer students the opportunity to explore the biological factors that influence learning and socio-emotional development.  These courses are part of the required curriculum.
