SCP 7001 - School Psychology Internship II

(600 hrs.)

In this second part of the internship, students will continue to experience the roles and functions of the school psychologist, as well as apply and integrate practical knowledge based on the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) domains in the school setting. In this second stage, the student is expected to accumulate a minimum of 600 hours, obtaining a minimum of 1,200 hours in total as an internship experience. Students will complete a 1,200-hour internship, of which 600 hours must be in an educational setting under the direction of an experienced, licensed school psychologist.
