NUR 4141 - Critical Professional Nursing Interventions with Adults (4 Credits)
In this course, students will examine the importance of the nursing role and holistic care in the critical care setting in adult patients and their families. It will assess the nursing professional’s role in the care of critically ill adults. They will differentiate between diagnoses and treatments in the collaborative management of critical conditions. In addition, it will analyze the nursing skills required to care for critical and acute conditions in adults requiring intensive care. Sixty (60) lecture hours.
